Firstly, let me introduce myself.  I’m Robin Johnson; the managing director of the Website Design company Inked Media.  4Heroes.co.uk is a sub-venture of Inked Media and one that is dedicated to giving 30% of EVERY sale to Help for Heroes (a charity to help British Soldiers!)

I have always loved the idea of owning my own business and being the boss.  I setup Inked Media in 2007 whilst still in my Teens!  I think that just goes to show, if you put your mind to something, even if it does seem outrageous and farfetched, it can be accomplished with determination.  Being able to expand Inked Media into 4Heroes is an amazing feeling for me.  Help for Heroes is a charity very close to my heart as I have multiple friends serving in the Armed Forces.

4Heroes was not set up for glory.  I set it up simply; to do one of the things I love (designing websites), and to give to a VERY good cause in my opinion.  Our prices are cheap fullstop.  Compared to some web development companies, you are not only saving thousands of pounds by using us, but potentially saving lives too.

I am an avid follower of great online Blogs and I like to read the industry specific ones to me.  I am yet to find anyone doing what I am doing and especially anyone near my age group.   I have wanted to Blog for a while now but have never really had the topic to blog about.  Well, that has changed now as 4Heroes brings plenty of things to blog about both related to the Armed Forces industry but also the Web Development industry.
